Shhh, Corn, and Cooking

 Em's been lovin' on her babies a lot lately.  She likes to give them stroller rides and wrap them up in blankies and put them to bed.  She likes to tell everyone to "shhhhhh" when her babies are sleeping.

 This is the look that Emiley's going to give the papparazzi one day when she's famous...but hopefully without a paci in her mouth.

 The girl loves to chow down on corn.  It reminds Momma of several years ago when Momma and Gramps would have competitions to see who could eat more ears of corn.

 Emiley brought me this pot one day and said "wa-wah" (water), so I assumed she wanted to do some cooking.

 Apparently she may have just wanted to bathe in the water, though.

 She thought about it some more, and decided that she should probably just look up what the appropriate thing to do with a pot of water might be.  She needed to find a good Rachael Ray recipe to whip up.

Just needed to post a whole slew of pictures before TOO much time passes.  Emiley played in her room after chuch.  She's such a silly little bug.  When we go in her room to play, she automatically goes to the cd player and says "music".  I guess she just can't play without the music on.

 It was kind of warm, so we played outside for a bit.  It's a really good thing that the fashion police weren't on patrol today, because I think they would have booked Em for sure.

 Daddy wanted some Hershey kiss cookies.  Emiley did the hard part.

 Then we went to Nan and Gramps' for Thanksgiving.  Emiley got some boots from Nelleigh.  They're a little (okay, a lot) big still, but Emiley just had to wear them around.  She thought they were great...of course, she thinks Nelleigh is just great too!

She gives smooches to scarecrows, but not to her own Momma.  Hmmmm.

Coloring and a dog show

We got the day off for Thanksgiving, so we decided to hang out in our pajamas for a while...you know, just do some coloring and stuff...

We probably got more marker on our hands than on the paper, but it's washable, so it's not a big deal.
Emiley found out that there's a show dedicated to dogs and it's on Thanksgiving day.  She just about went wild with happiness.  She was glue to the television...for at least 5 minutes (that's actually kind of a long time for her)...and then, you know, she had to go ger HER dogs and show them.

Emiley loves to play outside.  Cat also loves when Emiley plays outside.  Cat is Emiley's little shadow.

 Oh, how Em loves to teeter-totter.  It's her new obsession.

 Emi's been a silly little thing lately.  Here, she's dancing!

 More and more, Emiley has been wanting to play in her bedroom upstairs.  She's discovered that there's different toys to play with up there.  She also likes to "help" with her laundry, which usually consists of taking it out of the basket, moving it to somewhere else in her room, then putting it back in the basket.
